2010: Company founded based on preferred services for TIMS Software

• For the past twenty years Robin held the position of Sr. Systems Consultant for Computers Unlimited in Billings, Montana.  Her primary responsibilities were to assist clients in evaluating the TIMS HME software solution for their business needs.  A large part of this process was evaluating the client's goals and determining how the new software package could make them more efficient and profitable.  Robin took them through the entire evaluation process from beginning to end.  She completed many RFPs and put together detailed proposals.  Throughout the years Robin identified several "key" gaps in the software industry. 
•  "I've sold systems for years and I find that no matter what package a client goes with there is a significant gap in the evaluation process. Not enough time is spent upfront identifying what the client is really trying to accomplish. Our industry has been indited with the "Show up and Throw up"  process. We show them what we have, we don't help them identify what they need. That is what RJC does - really drill down on what the objectives are...and from there we can find the right solutions to meet those objectives. "

Software vendors do a good job of training on their software but what they don't do is help the clients optimize their business processes, people and responsibilities - again, that's where RJC comes in by taking Project Management to entirely new level.
